- collecting and transferring / depositing to the account of the owner of the due rents;
- monitoring the timely payment of rents and consumables;
- informing the owner about the current condition of the property;
- organization of finishing works (for new construction);

- troubleshooting;
- Representation before state, municipal and private institutions and organizations;
- representation to utilities providers;
- payment of taxes and fees due in the name and on behalf of the owner;
- monthly and annual reports;
- Keeping records and providing the owner upon request.
